No. Every plan includes every module. We can switch off the modules you do not need, so your team’s sidebar only shows what it uses.

Yes. The Orbit mobile app gives technicians their schedule, checklists and service reports, works offline, and gives managers the inbox, invoices and dashboards.

The web and mobile apps are available in English, Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and Malayalam.

Yes. Local Mode installs Orbit on a Windows, macOS or Linux machine you control, with its own database and scheduled backups.

A workspace can be created in minutes and a free trial runs for 14 days. How long a full rollout takes depends on your data and processes; we plan it with you in the demo.

Most records can be imported from CSV or Excel. For larger migrations, we assess your existing system’s export with you.

No. Every plan includes every module. Plans differ by how many organisations you can run and how many users each organisation can have.

An organisation is a separate workspace with its own members, records, numbering and books, such as a second company or a branch you account for separately.

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days and includes one organisation with up to three users.

AI features draw on a prepaid AI wallet that you top up. If your workspace uses its own Google Gemini key, Orbit does not charge for those calls.

Yes. User packs of 10, 25 or 50 can be added to a plan, and larger packs are priced with you.

Subscriptions are set up with our team and invoiced yearly. Contact sales to arrange your plan.

No. Every search and lookup the assistant makes is checked against the permissions and record scope of the person asking. It is exactly as powerful as the person typing.

The assistant runs on Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, depending on configuration. The WhatsApp agent and knowledge base use Google Gemini. Your workspace can use its own Gemini key.

Yes. AI can be switched off for a whole workspace or feature by feature. When it is off, the buttons disappear and the related features stop accepting requests.

AI usage is drawn from a prepaid AI wallet that can be topped up. A workspace using its own Gemini key is not charged by Orbit for those calls.

Hosting for the cloud service is arranged by Bairuha Tech. If you need data kept in a particular country or on your own premises, ask about hosting options or Local Mode.

Not at present. This page describes the controls built into the product. We are happy to answer a security questionnaire.

Only if AI is enabled for your workspace, and only for the features you leave switched on. The assistant is read-only and limited to what the person asking may see.

Lists can be exported, and financial reports can be exported for your accountant. For a full export, contact us.

Not today. Orbit has its own general ledger. If you need data in another system, automation webhooks and exports are the current route.

Not yet. Stripe is used only to top up the AI wallet. Payments you receive are recorded against invoices.

Orbit’s web and mobile apps run on a REST API, but there is no published developer programme yet. Talk to us if you need API access for an integration.
