Connect Meta’s official API with your own phone number id, business account and app credentials.
Your SMTP mail server
Send quotations, invoices and campaign email from your own mail account, with your address as the sender.

Google Gemini
Powers the assistant, the WhatsApp agent, the knowledge base and lead enrichment. Use Orbit’s key or your own.

An alternative model for the assistant, and the reader behind receipt scanning.

Google Maps address search
Address search and coordinates on client, property and location fields.
Storage
S3-compatible storage
Files and attachments in private object storage, or on local disk in Local Mode.

Firebase Cloud Messaging
Push notifications to the Orbit mobile app.
Payments
Stripe
Tops up the prepaid AI wallet. It is not used to collect payments on your invoices.

Bring in leads, clients, products, projects, tasks, chart of accounts and bank statements.

Automations can call any HTTPS endpoint, and incoming webhooks can trigger rules.

Does Orbit sync with Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero?
Not today. Orbit has its own general ledger. If you need data in another system, automation webhooks and exports are the current route.
Can customers pay invoices online through Orbit?
Not yet. Stripe is used only to top up the AI wallet. Payments you receive are recorded against invoices.
Is there a public API?
Orbit’s web and mobile apps run on a REST API, but there is no published developer programme yet. Talk to us if you need API access for an integration.
