Yes. Jobs can be contract jobs with recurring visits, contracts can be signed online, and reports show which contracts expire soon.
Can technicians record the chemicals and materials they used?
Yes. Materials are issued to jobs, can be split across technicians, and returns are recorded. Checklist steps and custom fields can capture anything else you need on the report.
Do customers get a copy of the service report?
Customers sign the service report on the technician’s phone or through a secure link, and the signed report stays on the job.
