Can customers accept a quotation without an Orbit account?
Yes. Customers receive a secure link where they can accept, reject or suggest changes. They do not need to sign in.
Do quotations include VAT?
Yes. Orbit supports tax rates and tax groups, including zero-rated and exempt lines, and calculates totals on the server so every document agrees.
Can I send a quotation over WhatsApp?
Yes, when your workspace has WhatsApp connected. Quotations can also be sent by email from your own mail account.
