This policy explains what personal information Bairuha Tech ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers the marketing website only. Your use of the Orbit application is covered by the Orbit application privacy policy, available from the sign-in page of the app.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your phone number, role, country, team size, industry and message.
• Campaign information. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source), or from another website, we record those tags, the referring site and the first page you visited, and send them with any form you submit. This tells us which of our campaigns reached you.
• Usage information, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we measure how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked). If you accept marketing cookies, advertising platforms may measure whether our ads led to a visit or a demo request. See the cookie policy.
• Technical information. Our servers record standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo request or message, and to follow up about Orbit.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, when you have agreed to analytics or marketing cookies.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, such as our hosting provider, the system we use to manage sales enquiries, and, if you consent to them, analytics and advertising providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Campaign information held in your browser is cleared when you close the tab, unless you accepted analytics cookies.

Your choices and rights

• You can change your cookie choices at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email we send using the link in the email.
